These are too really good stepping stools. Useful that there are two different sizes. The handle is extremely useful, other stepping stools just have a folding mechanism and fingers are easily/frequently caught in them. Helpful for a 4.11” person to reach high up kitchen cupboards. Only improvement would be to put some rubber feet on the bottoms on the stools for some added grip and stability (as well as piece of mind) when used on smooth flooring.I got these for the kitchen. They fold up really easily, very quickly and flat, they slot down the side of the washer and are quick to get out and use. I am a sizeable chap (100kg+) and was very confident that they are sturdy enough for me.So useful and very sturdy, and folds flat.I am just 5ft tall and these have revolutionised my life, I can reach high shelves like a 6ft person now!The lower one is also perfect for a 2-3 year child who needs a bit of a boost to reach the toilet and sink, or a slightly older child who wants to help cook but cant quite reach the kitchen work surface.Both heights very sturdy and well designed to hold an adult weight of 70-80kg with no problem.Have ordered these exact stalls previously and they have served me very well. I ordered another set to have on hand in different areas of the house. Today I used the new set for the first time (4 days after purchasing). The second time I stood on the smallest step it totally broke and I fell off of it. Luckily it was the small step and not the taller one as injuries may have been more significant.We rearely used this stool - we carried it around in the Motorhome - used it occasionally. But the at about 18 months - it collapsed catastrophically. I wrote to the suppler - but got no reply! In my view the stools are made with brittle plastic and have no resiliance! It was in no way absued - my wife is small and light. Beware its pretty and cheap - but not cheap if it isn't durable!
