I couldn’t wait to get the chair delivered! I’ve had 3 knee surgeries, two back surgeries. One major with rods and screws in my low back. 4 cancer surgeries abdomen. I wasn’t expecting the comfort that comes with this chair. The recline, the softness and the massage features are absolutely great!The only things I found that has room for improvement would be the leg raise and cup holder. It should actually raise higher. The cup holder should be deeper. Drinks keep falling out of it easily.Other then those two things. I love the chair. Glad i bought it.Originally, we had a large bulky rocking recliner, and a smaller bulky chair that a storage ottoman came with.. they took up so much space and made the room extremely full. This small, comfy couch is just the right size.. my only complaint would be that the L chaise isn't really long enough for a person with long legs, as I am 5'8 tall so about a foot of me hangs off.. but, definitely not a deal breaker, as we needed a couch and couldn't beat the price and monthly payment plan made available. It was estimated to arrive between June 3rd and June 9th but came today on May 31st, we were exactly ready but no complaints. The day after I purchased it the seller messages me to inform me that it would arrive in 2 separate boxes, with two separate tracking numbers and provided me with both numbers and said if I had any questions not to hesitate to contact them.My experience purchasing this was great, highly recommend!It s great but the lift is starting to drop the chairVery comfortableThis chair is very comfortable. While it’s not a replacement for a large plush recliner, it’s a great alternative if space is limited. The swivel base is convenient, and the fact that the backrest and footrest function separately, makes it a good fit for someone with back issues. The footrest is definitely short, but using a cube ottoman at the end easily solves that issue. After ordering one, we decided to order a second one and are very pleased with them! They arrived sooner than originally stated, so that was good as well. As for assembly, having two people is recommended. We purchased them for relaxing, not gaming, so please keep that in mind when reading this review.This chair is nice with the massage function, but the seat portion is very hard, and is uncomfortable to sit in more than a few minutes at a time. I was hopeful with the other reviews, but this chair causes tailbone pain, and hip pain.I bought this gaming chair as a Valentine's Day present for my husband, and he *loves* it. It was a little tricky to put together and he needed me to help out as a second pair of hands/eyes at a couple of points, but it still didn't take very long to get it set up.The adjustable height is a huge plus for my much-taller-than-average husband. The ability to set the chair higher than most furniture (to accommodate his long legs) lets him sit comfortably in the upright position. In the reclined position, it's maybe a little *too* comfortable; he regularly dozes off in his reclined chair, which is very unusual for him (an insomniac who rarely gets to sleep easily even if he's in bed).Altogether it's a great chair! A+!Bought this in July 2022. The massager no longer works and the chair is now tilted. It only lasted 3 months.
